Our mechanics are not just any old Red Seal Heavy Duty grease monkeys. They are master puzzle solvers, able to service equipment in the field and the shop, have carpentry skills, welding skills and a solid knowledge of facility systems including water, HVAC, septic, electrical, and propane.
Our mechanics are resourceful, optimistic and able to handle the extreme situations that can sometimes occur in the winter backcountry. Advanced to expert knowledge of off-grid systems, heavy-duty mobile equipment, generators, snowmobiles, side by sides, trucks and boats is key to succeeding in this role.
